Hostal Toledo

A young Ukrainian lady greeted me at reception when I first arrived. She was incredibly helpful, explained the underground parking, which was a major plus as I was travelling on a motorcycle, and provided me with a map of the city and general advice on where to go. She was always smiling and was always really helpful. The hotel was clean, near to the 'old town' part of the city and best of all had the underground and secure car park.

We stayed in a double bed and single bed room with our daughter. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was great. No noise at all at night and dark to sleep well. I never take breakfast at hotels but we did this time. Typical Spanish breakfast, good coffee. People that complain about the breakfast is because they expect a ‘gringo’ type. No cereal here. Good bread and tomato/olive oil. Omar was so good when we arrived. He gave us a map and pointed out the important places to see. There’s a bus stop outside the door to take you to the old town. On the way back, drops you off a little walk away.

Great staff. They're always ready to help. I really enjoyed the size of the room. The bathroom was very clean, clean towels everyday. Also every day i had a clean bed. Very cheerful and friendly maids. 10/10

The location was perfect, a ten minute walk into the walled area and very easy to access to the hotel by car. The parking was easy and secure. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable.

Good parking, friendly staff, easy to find and get out of town afterwards. We got a great tip of where to watch the Eurocup final..
